Yes. Our receipts are generated as JPG images. Any thermal printer that can print JPG images can print our receipts.

Many of our receipts are for PRO or Enterprise members only. You will see a watermark stating "For Pro or Enterprise Members Only" on these receipts. They are also marked with a PRO emblem on the homepage.
Standard members need to upgrade their account from the ACCOUNT page to access these PRO-level receipts. From the ACCOUNT page, click the MODIFY button next to the Membership Plan detail.
Sales tax rates vary by state. Several states do not have sales tax. Others impose different tax on goods versus food. We recommend using a resource like http://www.salestaxstates.com/ to determine the proper sales tax.

To check the disk space of your iOS device, follow the steps provided.
Open “Settings” app of your iOS device and tap on the “General” section.
Now, hit the “Storage & iCloud Usage” option and finally tap on “Manage Storage”. Here in you can see by yourself whether or not you have enough amount of disk space available for the apps to run properly. If not, cancel some of the apps that you don't need.
3. Remove the app and reinstall the app. You'll need to login to the app after re-installing.
4. Reset your device (turn off and turn back on).
5. The final option to try is to Restore your phone from an backup.

We offer one FREE receipt style for everyone to use. If you would like access to additional receipts templates, you can also choose to become a member. We offer monthly or annual membership plans. International receipts are supported in Dollars, Euros and British Sterling. Make receipts for UK, Australia, Canada, Germany, France. Gas receipts support both gallons and liters.
We only support the ExpressExpense.com web site. We don't offer technical assistance with other computer applications or web sites. We do not do any additional customization of our products beyond what is currently available on our site. Sorry, we cannot modify our products for you after purchase.

Receipts marked the the PRO badge have the ability to change fonts.
You must have a PRO or Enterprise plan to use these receipt styles.
To change font, simply select the Font you want from the list of fonts as seen here:
To cancel your membership and prevent future renewal billing, please login to your account and click on the link at the top of your page labeled "ACCOUNT."
From the ACCOUNT page, please click on the "Cancel" button next to the Next Renewal date.
You will continue to have access to ExpressExpense until the end of the current period.
Our receipts are provided in JPG format and can be printed from your computer using any image viewer. Windows Photo Viewer, Windows Photos, Image Preview (Mac) or others all can be used for this purpose.
The best way to print your receipts is to download them and then resize them in Microsoft Word (or similar app) to suit your needs. This method also allows you to print multiple receipts at the same time - simply add multiple images to the page! See this article: How to resize and print receipts from ExpressExpense
You can also print receipts directly from your web browser by right-clicking the image of the receipt and choosing "Open Image In New Tab" and then "Print" the new tab contents.

Here are a few tips to get proper totals on your receipts.For itemized receipts, QTY and COST must be entered. The system will display cost as QTY X Cost = Subtotal.In addition, please remember that TAX is a calculated field. Enter 5.5 to calculate 5.5% tax on the Subtotal.
API access allows you to create batches of receipts either through connecting to our API using programming or using a spreadsheet approach to request a bulk generation of receipts. You control the entry data that is being used on the receipts - price, business name, address...etc.
API access is useful for if you need to create a large number of receipts very quickly - or connect your own software to our system to generate receipts programmatically.
